The most common type of spherical insert bearing which is cost-effective. With an extended inner ring, meanwhile, the inner ring has two hexagon socket set screws on one side. Lock the bearings onto the shaft by tightening the set screws.
Suitable for applications of constant rotation direction. Inner ring has an eccentric step at one end to fit locking collar. Turn locking collar in direction of rotation to lock the bearing, and tighten the set screw in the collar for further security.
This spherical insert bearing applies to the applications where direction of rotation is both constant and alternating. Locked onto the shaft by tightening the set screws in the concentric locking collar.
They are suitable for applications with both constant and alternating rotation directions. The bearings come with a tapered bore to accommodate the adapter sleeve. And, tightening adapter sleeve will lock the spherical insert bearing onto the shaft.
